WBFO: Solidarity becomes focus for Occupy Buffalo (2011-10-16)

BUFFALO, NY (WBFO) - As the Occupy Buffalo movement heads toward its third week of occupation in Niagara Square, yesterday marked a significant event in its efforts to be recognized as a significant cause.
Members of the group ratified what is being called their Principles of Solidarity, essentially aligning them with the motives that sparked the Occupy Wall Street protest. Protester Paul Slater claimed that even yesterday's bad weather can't keep him from supporting the cause.

The groups are lobbying against the greed and excess of power that has become synonymous with Wall Street. © Copyright 2011, WBFO
